Pastures Centre – Now open for birthday party bookings

 

About The Venue

The Pastures Centre in Leytonstone is run by Waltham Forest Council and has a variety of spaces available for hire from a well-maintained sports hall to a general multi-purpose area and kitchen.

You can either book these spaces as one-off bookings or place a longer-term block booking or even look at hosting a birthday party using one of these spaces.

Birthday Party Packages

The Pastures Centre is offering two packages for birthday parties.

General Area only

  • 3.5 hours booking (including set up and pack down) – £150
  • Access to the Kitchen
  • Access to 1 Table Football
  • Access to 1 Table Tennis
  • Includes tables and chairs

General Area & Sports hall/Grass Area

  • Includes access to the General Area and either Sports Hall or Grass Area
  • 3.5 hours booking (including set up and pack down) – £250
  • 3.5 hours booking (including set up and pack down) – £315
  • Access to the Kitchen
  • Access to 1 Table Football
  • Access to 1 Table Tennis
  • Includes tables and chairs

Terms and conditions

  • No sports equipment will be provided by The Pastures Centre.
  • Inflatables, including bouncy castles, are permitted in the sports hall, providing the Centre is provided with a risk assessment and mats are placed on the floor to protect the sports hall flooring.
  • We provide tables & chairs/benches at The Pastures Centre.
  • You are responsible for your own food and refreshments. Please bring everything you need with you as we do not have any catering equipment at either venue. We cannot supply jugs, knives or matches for cakes.
  • Water and cleaning materials are available to clear up at the end of your party.
  • Removable party decorations can only be put up with White Tac and must be fully removed afterwards. Any large items of rubbish must all be taken offsite with you after the party.
  • In the interest of safety, party poppers, indoor fireworks or novelty aerosols are prohibited.
  • Maximum number of guests: 50.
  • Additional hours are £50 for the general area and £80 per hour for the general area and sports hall/grass area.
  • Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
  • No food or drink is permitted in the sports hall.
  • The allocated time includes setting up and clearing away.
  • Birthday Parties are permitted for children aged 11 and under only.
